First, the scope

YDM1 series molded case circuit breaker ( CM1 MCCB ), is adopting international advanced design and manufacturing technology research and development of new circuit breakers. Its rated insulation voltage is 690V, suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 400V and below, rated current 800A and below the circuit for frequency conversion and infrequent start motor used, the circuit breaker with overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection means to protect the circuit and power equipment from damage.
CM1 MCCB its rated limit short-circuit breaking capacity (lcu) level is divided into: C type (economy), L-type (standard), M-type (high breaking type), H type (high breaking type) four categories. CM1 molded case circuit breaker has small size, high breaking, short flying fox, anti-vibration and other characteristics, is ideal for land and marine use.
The molded case circuit breakers can be installed vertically (ie, vertical loading), it can also be installed horizontally (ie horizontal installation).
The product complies with IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2 standards.

Second, model and specification

Note:

The four-pole circuit breaker neutral pole (N pole) structure code;
Type A: N pole not installed overcurrent tripping element, and N pole is always connected not with the other three poles combined points;

Type C: N pole installed current trip element, and the N pole and the other three poles combined points;
Type D: N pole installed current trip element, and N pole is always connected not with the other three poles combined points;

■ able to withstand the effects of nuclear radiation;
■ The maximum angle of inclination of five past ten p.m. degree;
■ to work reliably in normal vibrations when subjected to the ship;
■ In case of an earthquake by (4g) can work reliably;
■ In the absence of explosive medium, the medium does not enough to corrode metal and damage the insulation of gas and conductive dust areas can work reliably;
■ In the absence of rain and snow erosion place to work reliably;
